Scenarios and trainees are part of an organization. If a manager doesn't want all scenarios to be in the same organization, a manager can create multiple organizations. They can use this function if they e.g. want to service multiple clients or have multiple departments within their company. A manager can always switch between the organizations they're part of.

How does this work with pricing?

Every organization has a separate pricing. Our pricing can be viewed on our pricing page. This pricing is based on one organization. So having multiple organizations means also having multiple pricing.

If a lot of organizations are needed, you can contact us to set up an enterprise plan for you.
