  • Add scenes to your scenario
A scenario consists of many scenes. Each scene represents a single space in Virtual Reality a trainee can be in. Within this single space there are several interactive elements the trainee can select. Each interactive element links to another scene so the trainee can go through different scenes. Because of this relation scenes have, they can be built up into a flow diagram. By adding interactive elements and connecting these to different scenes the relations between these scenes appear. • Add a Hotspot scene
A Hotspot scene consists of an optional question and one or more hotspots. Use this scene to let your trainees precisely use or find an item. Each hotspot can link to a specific scene. The question and hotspots are elements which can positioned separately. You can decide if you want to show a label beneath the hotspots. The label can be helpful guiding the trainee, but often you don't want to give too much information. If you don't want to give any clues at all, the hotspots can be completely hSome readers
  • Export your scenarios
After you've added filming locations to your scenes, you can create a useful checklist of all the 360° videos that need to be filmed for the scenes. This checklist can then be printed and used during the filming. Exporting a scenario can be done by pressing 'Export scenario' in the scenario's upper 3-dots menu. Next you can set the exporting settings to your preferences. ![](htSome readers
  • Add scene impressions

Or use scene impressions to show or convince others about your scenario. Scene impressions are also shown in a browser test. How to add a scSome readers

  • About endings
Endings, as the name implies, are the endings of a scenario. Each scenario must have at least one ending, but can have multiple. Although all endings are the same, it doesn't matter for the scenario itself how much endings you add to your flow diagram. You could add more than one to get a better organized flow diagram. When a trainee gets to an ending, he will see a screen in Virtual Reality with feedback. This feedback consists of 1 to 5 stars and a piece of text. The amount of stars depend onSome readers
  • Add filming locations to your scenes
Before the 360˚ videos for your scenario will be filmed, you can add camera locations to your scenes which can guide the film crew from which position the scene's video should be filmed. For example: in this customer service training, in the home scene 'Customer walks into store', the position of the video needs to be filmed from the center of the store. Hover your mouse cursor over the scene, press the three dots and then press 'Camera location > Add new camera location', and let's name it "CeSome readers
  • How points and stars work
To be able to steer trainees and give proper feedback about their decisions, it is possible to give points to each answer. Choose between three scoring systems. Either give points for wrong answers or score right answers. Disabling the scoring system is also possible if your scenario doesn't need a scoring system. Choose your scoring system We make the distinction between a 'subtract points', 'add points' and 'no points' scoring systems. When choosing 'subtract points' you give points forSome readers

  • Quickly test your scenario
Before publishing your scenario to your trainees, you first want to make sure the scenario is good. You want to test the scenario. One way of testing is a very simple and quick test in the browser. This is a test without having to upload 360˚ videos. There are two ways of testing a scenario. One is to test the full scenario from the start. The other one is to test from a certain scene.  Testing a full scenario Testing from the start can be done by clicking 'Test' in the menu bar. In case you want your trainees to have an extra source of information with them (e.g. a manual with procedures), you can add a PDF document to your scenario. • Randomize an answer to multiple scenes
In case you want an answer to have a random outcome, you can use the randomizer function. This allows you to put a trainee in a random situation after making a choice. It also gives the benefit of challenging the trainee when replaying a scenario. **How to randomize an answer **First, link one scene to another and select 'Randomizer' from the menu that pops up. Then, you can choose the amount of scenes to randomize the answer to. Lastly, link the answer to the rest of the scenes. ![](httpFew readers

  • How do I link one scene to another?
There are actually two options to link answers of a certain scene to another scene. The first is by linking to existing scenes, the other is by creating a scene while linking.
