Is it free to play on multiple devices?
Yes it is! We believe everyone should play wherever and whenever they want, on which device they want. We currently support iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. And we support the Gear VR, Oculus Go and Quest.
What is a published scenario?
A published scenario is a VR scenario that is ready to be played by trainees. You get the first published scenario for free. Every plan includes an unlimited amount of draft scenarios.
What if I need more active players or published scenarios than I have purchased upfront?
At the end of every month we check if more employees have been active than the number of active players in your plan. If that is the case, we will charge you these active players according to the active player price in your plan. In a Lite plan you will be charged per 10 additional active players, in other plans per 100. When you publish more scenarios than your plan has, you will be charged from that moment on for those published scenarios.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can. Of course we are very sad to see you leave, but you can always cancel your subscription. If you cancel within the first 3 months, we’ll make sure you get a full refund. If you cancel after the first 3 months the subscription will stay active during the full subscription period. The subscription will not be extended.
What is an active player?
We believe in fair and simple pricing, therefore we only charge when trainees are actually playing scenarios. An active player is a unique user that started playing one or more scenarios in the last 90 days. We only look if a user has played at least one scenario. Whether this user has played multiple scenarios multiple times doesn't affect the fee you pay. Curious how many active players you require for your organization?
Can I upgrade at any time?
You can, at any time, upgrade to a Medium, Pro or Enterprise plan. If you need more active players than anticipated, simply upgrade. At the moment of upgrading you can also change your payment period from monthly to annually or the other way around. All upgrades will be effective immediately. When you upgrade to a higher plan during an active subscription period, a new full-year subscription period starts. What is the difference between paying annually or monthly?
You can decide to pay your plan per year or per month. When you decide to go for an annual payment period, you are entitled to a 10% discount. The payment period only counts for active players and published scenarios purchased upfront. Additional active players or published scenarios that are needed throughout the subscription are always invoiced per month.
How many active players do I need?
The amount of required active players depends on the number of employees you would like to train and how often you would like to train them. In case you want every employee to be able to train whenever they want, you need as many active players as employees in your organization. When employees are only playing in one single month evenly distributed over a full year, you need one-fourth of your employees as active players. The basic rule is that you never need more active players than employees
What plans do you have?
Depending on your situation there are three plans to choose from; Lite, Medium or Pro. The main difference is the price you pay for an Active player. All plans come with the same features. Can I downgrade?
Downgrading can be done at any given moment, but will only be effective after a new subscription period. Subscriptions are always done for a full year. You can either downgrade to a Medium or Lite plan. Or downgrade the number of slots for published scenarios. Contact us whenever you want to downgrade.
What are the payment options?
Currently the only payment option available is per invoice and bank transfer. We will be adding other payment options in the near future.
